Baby Cam's first few days at home were very low key. We didn't have a house full of people like we normally do, but that just meant extra snuggles from her big sisters. The girls helped give Camryn's first bath, we went to the doctor a few times, and she went with us to vote....spoiler alert, our candidate lost! Thanks to our amazing Bible class, we ate like royalty those first few weeks. The only not so amazing parts included a very scary choking incident on our first night at home, which led to Craig sleeping on Cam's bedroom floor (the details are too scary for me to recount) and my rash....turns out I'm terribly allergic to betadyne, in addition to narcotic pain medicine, adhesive and latex.
