Camryn Jean - 20 Week Ultrasound

I'm not sure I can wrap my head around the reality of blogging about THREE kiddos or where I will find the time, but blog books are my very favorite things I've done for Charley and Carter, and this sweet baby can't go without!  So here goes...Craig finally got to go with me to a doctor's appointment, actually he was only allowed in for the ultrasound, but our awesome tech spent over 30 minutes looking at our girl.  I am happy to report that she is absolutely perfect and exactly where she needs to be at 20 weeks.

May Quarantine

We finally started to venture out a little during the month of May, while maintaining social distancing guidelines as best as possible.  The girls wrapped up "school", spent lots of afternoons playing with Reagan while Miss Katy and I walked, we attended drive-by birthday parties, the girls started rehearsing for Willy Wonka, we had lots of sweet snuggles with Baby Addie, we enjoyed more sidewalk picnics, picked up strawberries at Lester Farms, and Carter finally got to go swimming!

Last Day of 3rd Grade

Who is this teenager and where did my sweet, 3rd grade girl go???  Charley's last official day of school was 3/2, but she was more than ready for a photo shoot on what was supposed to be her last day.  We were SO happy to see the finish line after dealing with mono, head l***, a tornado and coronavirus quarantine....what a year!  Somehow this kid managed to maintain straight A's all year and stay on the Principal's List, she read over 100 points for Accelerated Reader, and had the ver best relationship with her teacher, Miss Reeder.

Carter's Last Day of Preschool

Carter's last day of preschool was technically 2/27, and Lord knows she could have used the extra two months.  She has more street smarts than any kid I know, but she could care less about letters and numbers....I've already started praying for her kindergarten teacher!  Unfortunately her time at Mount Juliet Church of Christ Preschool was cut short, but her 3.5 years there were filled with so much love and learning.

Mother's Day

It was so nice spending Mother's Day with my girls, my mom, and my grandmother....4 generations....these ladies are some of my biggest blessings in life.

Grandaddy Charlie and Granny Martha's 70th Wedding Anniversary

Grandaddy Charlie and Granny Martha celebrated their 70th Wedding Anniversary on May 13...yes, SEVENTY!!!  Milestones like that are so rare, and we didn't want to miss the chance to celebrate and honor their legacy.  Despite quarantine limits for large gatherings, we had the sweetest lunch for them in Diana Underhill's garage.  It wasn't exactly the reception we had planned, but it was so nice to be able to be together as a family.  We also made a secret plea on facebook for everyone to shower them with cards.  Our goal was 70 cards, but I think they got closer to 100...and they LOVED it!  Our family is truly blessed by their marriage!
