Snow isn't something we get very often in middle Tennessee, and when the first round of storms came through, we thought we were only getting ice. The second round brought several inches of snow. The combination of snow on top of the ice meant we were snowed in for almost a week. The girls wanted to play outside every single day. Cooper's dad took them on endless sleigh rides on the back of his 4-wheeler, and thankfully Craig took off a half day of work to take them sledding. I lost count of the loads of laundry, cups of hot chocolate or times I helped them get ready. On the last cold day, they built a snow family in the front yard, and they were so sad when it all melted.
