Harper and Charley's GLOW Party was seriously SO MUCH FUN!!! It was the perfect way to celebrate their official teenager status! I must give credit where it's due and this party was amazing thanks to Desiree, Elizabeth at the Capitol Theatre, Kari, Chesley, Marilyn, Grandma Gail and Polly Sparrow Bakery.
