Amma and Momma's SUPER Birthday Celebration

If you would have told 15 year old Jess that her favorite meal in the whole world would be cooked vegetables from Grandaddy Charlie and Granny Martha's garden, she would have laughed in your face.  35 year old Jess would trade any fancy restaurant for Granny Martha's table...and I am SO thankful that Amma and Granny cooked for my birthday!  It was so delicious!

Carter's T-Ball Season

I seriously loved every minute of Carter' t-ball season.  Even though she was the youngest on her team, she did such a great job.  She got hits off the coaches at every game, always carried the bat 3/4 of the way to first base before dropping it, loved running the bases, and hated playing the field.  Watching her and Coach Craig together was hands down my favorite part...well, besides the nachos!
